Baldwin Yung
Managing Partner

Baldwin Yung is a managing partner of Worldwide Capital (WWCAP) and oversees all areas of direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, public offering, strategic development, and private financing transactions at WWCAP.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial, capital, public accounting and high-technology industries, Mr. Yung has accumulated a wide range of experience. His area of expertise includes private placements of equity and venture capital financings, debt financings, private and public mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships for start up and early stage companies. Mr. Yung is co-Founder and a member of the board of directors of Digilava, Inc. [DGLV.PK], a leading Application Service Provider in video rendering technology and event management company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Yung worked for global public accounting firms such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, L.L.P, PKF International (previously known as Pannell, Kerr & Forster), Worldwide CPAs, specializing in external audits and financial advisory services.

Mr. Yung has a B.A. degree in Accounting from University of Oregon. Mr. Yung is a member of the Business Advisory Council of the State of California and was awarded 2005 Businessman of the Year.

Bruce Baker
Partner

Bruce Baker serves on the Advisory Board of WWCAP and is a managing partner of Worldwide Associates, an affiliated company of WWCAP. As Managing Director and Founder of Worldwide Associates and Worldwide Communications, Inc. (formerly known as Affiliated Holdings), Mr. Baker manages and oversees operations of all of its subsidiaries, and coordinates mergers and acquisitions, public offering, strategic development, and private financing transactions.

Mr. Baker began building the Affiliated Holdings empire over 20 years ago after helping and pioneering the telecommunication industry for 10 years. His endeavors in the industry include buying, building, and selling eleven communication companies of his own. While teaming with companies such as AT&T, Southern Bell, ITT, ATC, MCI, Sprint, and the likes, he has gained profound insights not only in the industry, but also in the corporate banking arena. In recent years, Mr. Baker has completed mergers and acquisitions totaling more than US$200 million, and raised over US$400 million in venture and investment capital, with over 27 projects to his credit. Mr. Baker's significant achievement is in assembling an elite team of investment bankers, business and financial advisors to address all aspects of corporate development and financing.

Mr. Baker received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Lokhin Tsui
Manager, Business & Investment Analysis

Lokhin Tsui’s primary responsibility at Worldwide Capital includes performing financial analysis and research. Prior to joining Worldwide Capital, Mr. Tsui spent four years at Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management where he provided financial analysis and portfolio management support to a team of wealth managers. Prior to his tenure at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Tsui was an information management analyst at Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Tsui earned his Masters in Science degree in Business Economics from Vrije Universiteit in the Netherlands. Mr. Tsui is fluent in Chinese, English and Dutch.

Cherie Lau
Assistant Vice President

Cherie Lau is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting affairs in our Hong Kong office and is actively involved in strategic development, compliance and due diligence activities. Ms. Lau has over 15 years of financial and operating experiences. Prior to joining Worldwide Capital, Ms. Lau spent four years as Administrative Officer in charge of handling corporate affairs and public and media relations at The Hong Kong Society of Accountants. Before that, Ms. Lau has held various human resources and operation roles at Compliance department at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Bates Hong Kong Ltd. Ms. Lau also worked in the financial and accounting capacities at University of California, Berkeley and San Francisco. Ms. Lau earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Oregon.

Jim Wong
Senior Manager

Jim Wong brought over 12 years of work experience in the commercial and educational sectors. He is responsible for business development, marketing, research and project management at WWCAP. Prior to joining WWCAP, Mr. Wong was a senior associate of a private consulting firm in Hong Kong, providing consulting services in corporate development, business management, marketing research, and HR training and development to SMEs, MNCs and Government Authorities in the Great China Region. In addition, he was a Dean of Students and Lecturer in Business Studies, Marketing Management and Organizational Behavior for a post-secondary education institute in Hong Kong.

Mr. Wong earned his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Oregon, and a Master degree of Corporate Governance with the Open University of Hong Kong. Mr. Wong is a professional member of Australian Institute of Management (AIMM) since 2002. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate in enterprise management with the Shanghai University of Finance & Economics.

Mr. Wong is a vice-chairman of Hong Kong Caring Magic Circus, a non-profit and charity organization registered with the HKSAR government, to focus with activities and events of anti-drug abuse for youths.

Anne Aallonen
Assistant Director, Investment Banking

Anne Aallonen joined WWCAP with over 20 years of international operations and sales experience and 10 years of experience in the financial services & investment banking sectors. Ms. Aallonen specializes in reverse mergers, acquisition, financial and direct investment-related trading in European and Asian markets. Since 1996, Ms. Aallonen has coordinated and handled numerous multi-million dollar deals for cross-border companies. Ms. Aallonen has also provided independent consulting and advisory services to companies with regards to business strategy and corporate positioning and financings. Her clients represented a broad range of industries: Telecom, Chemical, Retail, Manufacturing, High-tech and Hospitality.

Before coming to the financial sectors, Ms. Aallonen founded an international trading company and managed all facets of its operations. Ms. Aallonen began her career as a PR, marketing and sales professional and has held a senior managerial post at multi-national trading and manufacturing company, GCC, Ltd., in Hong Kong, China.

Ms. Aallonen has a B.A. degree in International Business from Open University of Munchen.

Boaz Yung
Manager, Direct Investment

Working as an investment manager, Boaz Yung is responsible in handling capital financings and mergers and acquisitions for clients from Korea. Mr. Yung received his experiences and extensive network in the capital financing field while working as an Investment Manager at Oriental Blossom LLC. Mr. Yung's initial exposure in Asia began when he worked as the Personal Assistant to the President of the Special Olympics International in the Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Yung also participated in the research and academic programs at University of Oregon. He worked as a Liaison in the foreign affairs program of the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau.

Mr. Yung is a graduate of University of Oregon, with a B.S. degree in General Science, and minor in Computer Information Technology, Business, and Chemistry.

Alice Li
Administration/Accountant

Alice Li is responsible for accounting control, general administration and human resources at Worldwide Capital. Ms. Li spent over 25 years in various accounting positions of increasing responsibility, including Chief Accountant. Her areas of expertise include financial reporting, auditing and taxation issues. Additionally, Ms. Li is a registered Financial Planner and has over five years of experience in the financial services industry, providing guidance on insurance and retirement planning to individuals and family groups. Ms. Li earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Open University of Hong Kong.
