Egan Lui , Director

Mr. Egan Lui is responsible for overseeing the administration and investment activities of WWCAP's Hong Kong office. Mr. Lui has over 15 years experience in business management, corporate finance and public accounting. He obtained his professional training and experience in auditing, taxation and management consultancy from reputable accounting firms and had held senior positions such as Finance Director, Group Financial Controller and Senior Accountant. His clients include privately-held companies and publicly-traded corporations from a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Real Estate, Finance and High-technology. Separately, Mr. Lui has acted as an independent advisor and advised both public and private companies, mostly in the Greater Chinese region, on business management and corporate restructuring and financings issues. Mr. Lui's recent deals include several RTO cases' listing on the U.S. OTC Bulletin Board Stock Market.
