Anne Aallonen , Manager, Direct Investment

Ms. Aallonen joined WWCAP with over 20 years of international operations and sales experience and 10 years of experience in the financial services & investment banking sectors. Ms. Aallonen specializes in reverse mergers, acquisition, financial and direct investment-related trading in European and Asian markets. Since 1996, Ms. Aallonen has coordinated and handled numerous multi-million dollar deals for cross-border companies. Ms. Aallonen has also provided independent consulting and advisory services to companies with regards to business strategy and corporate positioning and financings. Her clients represented a broad range of industries: Telecom, Chemical, Retail, Manufacturing, High-tech and Hospitality.

Before coming to the financial sectors, Ms. Aallonen founded an international trading company and managed all facets of its operations. Ms. Aallonen began her career as a PR, marketing and sales professional and has held a senior managerial post at multi-national trading and manufacturing company, GCC, Ltd., in Hong Kong, China.

Ms. Aallonen has a B.A. degree in International Business from Open University of Munchen.
