The Funding Process is a unique type of financing which requires a specific fundable profile. However, each company needing capital may qualify different forms of financing. Typically, we proceed with an on site survey by partners and senior associates as a part of the complete evaluation. We investigate all facets of the business operations, carry out an in depth due-diligence review on financial aspects of the company, and determine suitable financing alternatives.

WWCAP typically receives hundreds of business plans every year. Although we intend to respond to each business plan, not every plan will be thoroughly reviewed. If the venture appears attractive in our initial review, we will arrange an onsite meeting. Often several meetings are necessary to determine whether the venture is sufficiently attractive to move ahead.

Please also note that most companies require multiple rounds of financing. Our relationships with clients are long-term partnerships with the venture company's entrepreneurial team and we aspire to assist this team through its follow-on rounds of capital, thus reducing the effort required by management in those subsequent financings.
